Very strange system, you cannot see any confirmation of your order on a screen nor do you see your total, no way of knowing what you are paying for and I even had to ask for a receipt. This is absolutely not an acceptable business practice. Only one employee working-poor guy had to take orders then hustle to the back to make everything, he was rushing hence, cut corners and forgot my extra sauce I paid for. Don't waste your money here; the wings, garlic fries and mini donuts are substandard. Garlic fries had a few sprinkles of cheese & few bits of parsley, donuts had no taste as barely any powdered sugar, wings were cold and soggy. Vast improvement is required. This was my first and...

Hands down, the best vegan wings in the city, and I don’t take this review lightly haha.

Like Dora the explorer, me and maps are always on an adventure and this one, takes the cake! I called even called Diego to tell him all about (my non vegan boyfriend) and he even LOVED them.

Moral of the story, big, saucy, and seriously one of the best wings I have ever had. The breading and the spice really hit the spot.

It is understandable when there is an event staff can get overwhelmed. HOWEVER, there is no excuse for wrong order sent when the main component of the order is missing. Did your staff check it? Do you need more training because if you do i will gladly call corporate to train your staff to use their eyesight properly. Highly dissapointing. This is how you provide customer service.
