Booster Juice — Restaurant in Town of Bonnyville

This is the first time I've ever got a smoothie from booster juice and hated it. I got the flavour I always get elsewhere, but this time it was watery and bitter compared to every other time I've had it. It tasted like the fruit was freezer burnt and my smoothie had been watered down from ice in the bottom of the freezer. Not good. At all. It was my first time ever not finishing a booster juice smoothie, and I've been drinking them for 20 years. The service here was kind and prompt, but the environment in there wasn't great. Doesn't support sit down service very well, as there wasn't even a garbage can in the lobby for me to toss my trash! It was my first time here but I won't be coming back to this location ever again....

I regular booster juices and this location never makes the smoothies the same as the other locations theyre watery. Every time. And they won't allow me to add whey to a snack sized smoothie and simply put it in a larger cup if they need to. All the edmonton locations allow this and im still paying for everything they put in. Honestly super frustrating, it makes me want to avoid booster juice here just because its a headache and not enjoyable the last 3 times ive gone. Im over...

When I asked the employees what was in the energy booster their response was "I don't know actually". Not helpful for people who have allergies or health conditions. You would think that if you work here you would know what is the products you are selling. And they couldn't even grill my panini so it was warm in the middle. Thanks for a not so great experience ladies who don't seem like they care or want...
