Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Bridgewater

The food is good but more care needs to be taken when assembling the Chicken burgers. Everything was just slapped on and upon opening the wrapping paper used, globs of dressing was in one place, tomatoes slipped out and off, thd shredded lettuce was soppy and not very fresh. The "Curly Fries" were almost non-existent...they were overcooked straight crunchy fries. I counted and had 4 small rolls of Curly fries! The Fanta Orange, for a fountain drink, was actually the best part of the meal. My husband's lettuce on his Chicken sandwich had black spots all over it and I doubt very much that it had even been washed. He never ate it. He had the same kind of overcooked, crunchy, hardly there Curly fries as I did. We traveled from Halifax just for Arby's so we were really disappointed. I'm disappointed to make this review, I've always had a great experience at Arby's in Bridgewater. First time ever, there was a mistake in my order. I live 1.5 hours away, the order was brought home for the family, when I get it, I order extra burgers and have them for next day etc too. One of the sandwiches my son wanted was the Chicken Cordon Bleu. He got the Chicken Club or something. It had tomato and different things on it. When he discovered it, the restaurant was closed. He called the next day after work and was told he had to call back on the day of the mistake. My disappointment is that they are not going to do anything about the mixup. That makes me sad. This is the only Arby's where I live and it's a 90 minute drive to get to....use to have one 20 minutes from my house. So needless to say I do not get here often. All I will say about it is that it was worth the drive! I had the Market Fresh Turkey and Swiss meal....curly fries were just as good as I remembered. The sandwich was divine! Only complaint was that there was not enough packets of Arby's sauce in the bag (we drove thru as a covid precaution and my daughter had just finished 2 plus hours of volley ball...need I say anymore lol).
