This is so annoying I came in my break and especially asked for fresh food and I double confirmed with the order taker and she said okay but when I got my order it was so try no sauce on my habenaro bowl and they only gave me 1 tea when I asked for 2 and veggies were dry. And when I talked to her and said that my food is dry and could u please get me fresh order I didn't asked for refund she TOLD ME THIS IS HOW WE SERVE HERE. SO HERE IS YOUR SAUCE. Read moreStood in front of the counter for 15 minutes with one person in front of me who had yet to be served, coffee pot flashing red the entire time. Asked for a coffee, received a warm stale coffee yet again. Service, if you can even call it that, is getting worse. The employees are only there to get money, the couldn't care less about providing a quality cup of coffee or exceptional customer service. I keep coming back, hoping service will improve but it just keeps going down hill and nobody including the franchise owner, who unfortunately owns all the Tim Hortons in this town, cares. I did just that at the Lahave St. location last night, and oh boy!!! Zero coffee in the pots and the woman behind the counter spoke foreign to her coworker while she unhappily made my coffee.
