Subway — Restaurant in Town of Cochrane

I went into this Subway location on Dec. 31. On this night, I used the washroom before leaving and the condition of the washroom was disgusting. There were urine stains ON the toilet seat that had obviously been there for a while and dirt smudges across the white porcelain.

Today (exactly 1 weel later), I went back, and again had to use the washroom. I chose the same washroom (there are 2) I had used on new years eve and the SAME urine stain and dirt by the toilet handle were STILL THERE.

I started looking around the restaurant and realized it doesn't look like they clean anything, aside from mopping the floors once in a while. The backs of the white chairs and white tables are brown with dirt from people's hands and food being dropped. I am absolutely appalled.

If this is the care the staff are showing for the areas that customers can see, how are the treating the food and areas of the restaurant that we can't see? A visit from the health...

we stopped here on the way home picking up our christmas tree from family friends near horse creek. i'm hungry but not ravenous, not like tying a tree to a car is much work. there seems to be renovations going on as the last subway in cochrane to undergo the foodie chic redesign, so there was lots of drilling and hammering sounds. perhaps i should have seen this coming, as i'd seen someone was selling the old furniture on facebook marketplace. i ordered a 6-inch BLT on flatbread, toasted, with white cheese. while mr subway himself was asking me what veggies i would like, one of the renovators blew a fuse (i assume, unless he knowingly turned the breaker off, which is funnier), and the lights, cash register, and drink fountain went out. luckily, mr subway pulled out his calculator and i paid with cash :) close save though, could you imagine if i didn't have cash.... wow this got dark fast. i'm gonna have to log off for the night. i'm...

This location is a little tricky to get to depending on which direction you are traveling in on Quigley Dr. It is easy to see from the road and has enough parking.

It seems to be popular as it was mostly full even though it wasn't even lunchtime yet. The staff are clean and friendly.

There is quite a bit of seating too so there is no trouble with relaxing and eating in. I noticed that on their sandwich counter they are extremely organized with every sauce being clearly labeled.

In and out and they did NOT skimp on the toppings.
