Fatburger Hinton — Restaurant in Town of Hinton

Unfortunately it's gone down hill... Worst burger I've had and inedible chili cheese fries ~ chilli was burnt. Total waste of money. Ended up throwing out most of the meal. Very disappointed as previous visits were excellent.

Counter staff were excellent 👍

UPDATE* OCT 2023 The owner requested I contact them, which I did and provided them with the information they requested. They have not to this day replied nor "made it right."

Start off by mentioning we're from the States and eat a burger about every 14.3 minutes, so I consider myself an expert.

We stopped in after a long day of paddling and hiking, unknowingly right at close (realized is as we were waiting for the food). We had 3 burgers, shared a chocolate shake, and the poutine fries with maple bacon and onions. All were excellent. The best fast-food burger I've had in a while, to be honest.

When they brought the food out they apologized for the wait, but there was no need. It was less than 10mins, at closing, and our food was fresh.

Skip the McD's down the road and come to the Fat Burger! It's what Ice...

Our family is normal such a fan of fatburger and the quality of its food but my word this place was so terrible and the service as well. There were 2 orders ahead of us their meal and Ours took over and hour to be served and when ours was served our fries were ice cold. The people behind us (2different orders) also recieved horrible service and over an hour for their food. I notified the server of the cold fries and he said "oh ok" and walked away. After throwing half our meal in garbage I let the supervisor know it was unacceptable and people should have been warned about the wait time he showed very little interest at all. So...
