Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Hinton

Placed an order for delivery tonight and they forgot my 3 ranch dipping sauces with my order (no big deal). I called back and informed them, they told me they would be right back with them. Not only did they bring me my sauces plus extra - but they included an order of cheese sticks for the inconvenience. The fact that I didn't make a stink or a fuss at all about this mishap, and that they just decided to help me out spoke volumes. Places don't cater like this anymore. We ordered the pizza and we payed online , when the driver came he asked us to pay and didn’t understand how the online ordering worked. He then left came back 2 minutes later knocked on the door and asked for payment . Once again we told him the order was online and even showed him the payed for order. The only way we could get him to leave is double pay AND he called the manager and they didn’t even understand. Complete incompetence...

First time trying a Papa John's, and I likely won't try it again. There's no room for extremely mediocre franchise pizza in a town with 8 pizza restaurants. Locally owned Gus' or L&W are better choices, or even pizza hut or pizza palace. Not much else to say, just super underwhelming pizza from Papa John's.
