Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Hinton

I did ordered a large bbq stuffed pizza and a coke 2litre on Saturday at 17 15 for pickup. The order was taken by the manager Prabh. Once i was there,i even take a creamy garlic dip. To my disappointment, when i came home,it was a pan pizza. The manager wrongly took my order. I phoned at pizza hut and was able to talk to her. I was disappointed at her behaviour. She didn't accept that she wrongly took the order. I have always order the stuffed bbq pizza from there. I told her that i need a stuffed one and not this pizza. But she was so rude,that she didn't want to change this pizza to the stuffed one. She said she can't do anything but she can offered a 20%discount but i will have to buy another one! And also wrong phone number on my receipt. She gave me attitude as if i wrongly placed my order! This is not the way to treat customers. Terrible experience! Very poor skills in dealing with customer service issues. Waste my time and money! Ended up with a tasteless and frustrating experience. Instead of apologies, i received excuses. The worst service i've ever received. Very pathetic service! This is the 2nd time i ordered here...

This is just like any other pizza hut, but what drove me to write a review was the service. As a small town order out pizza place, we didn't expect much beyond the food we ordered. After ordering our food (we got the triple box deal and some drinks, but asked for cupped water rather than bottled) we sat down and waited for our food. We went back up to grab the cups of water and the cashier mentioned that the water taps weren't cold enough, and rather than serving us warm water, she went next door and got a cup of cold water just for us. This kindness and dedication to good service is exactly what I believe every business should have, and this girl's service despite working at a fast food restaurant deserves recognition. Thank you again and I hope you get the recognition you deserve at the Hinton pizza hut (for management, she was working the front during the Stanley cup...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, worst experience ever! They will steal your money and leave you hungry. I ordered 100$ of pizza for me and my coworkers but apparently I made the mistake of prepaying and choosing the leave at door option because of the whole pandemic going on and not only did I not get my order. They lied to my face about getting a refund and it's quite clear they never even tried to deliver my pizza and were only interested in stealing my money and continued to treat me like I had done something wrong complaining about not getting the order I paid for. I've never had such a experience, I will never order from pizza hut again. Don't trust these...
