From the moment we walked into Boston Pizza, we knew we were in for something special — but what we experienced that evening far exceeded even our highest expectations.

Let’s start with the service, which was truly top-tier. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly, but what made our visit exceptional were the two dazzling waiters who took care of us throughout the night. Their names were [insert names if known, or just refer to them as “two incredible waiters” if not], and they turned what could have been an average dinner into a truly memorable experience.

They weren’t just friendly — they were attentive, charismatic, and incredibly well-coordinated. It was like watching a perfectly choreographed dance. One ensured our drinks were never empty, while the other subtly checked in to make sure our meals were just right, all without ever being intrusive. They had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing — their energy was infectious and added so much to the atmosphere.

Now, onto the food — and wow, Boston Pizza delivered on all fronts.

We started with the Cactus Cut Potatoes, which came out piping hot and seasoned to perfection. The creamy dip paired with the crispy, slightly spicy potatoes was a match made in heaven. For the main course, we had the Boston Royal Pizza and the Jambalaya Fettuccine. The pizza was loaded with premium toppings — perfectly balanced flavors and a crust that was crispy on the outside but soft and airy on the inside. The pasta? A flavor bomb. The creamy Cajun sauce had just the right kick, and the generous portions of shrimp, chicken, and sausage made it feel luxurious.

Even the drinks were well-crafted — not overly sugary or watered down. The waiters knew the menu inside and out, offering great pairing suggestions and helping us try something new with confidence.

We ended with the Chocolate Explosion cake, which might just be the most indulgent dessert we've had in a while — rich, decadent, and beautifully presented.

Every detail — from the cleanliness of the space to the pacing of the meal — was spot on. But truly, it was those two standout servers that made this more than just a meal. They brought personality, polish, and genuine care that elevated everything.

Final Verdict: Boston Pizza impressed us with its delicious menu, but it was the service — especially from our two phenomenal waiters — that made the night unforgettable. If you're looking for great food, a warm atmosphere, and top-level service, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back — and we hope we get the same...

I went to Jasper this week for a holiday birthday trip and stopped in Hinton Boston Pizza along the way. While there I received only one of the two toppings I ordered and the server threw away half of my pizza instead of packing it up or even asking me if I wanted it boxed up before throwing it away.

When I asked the server if I was going to be getting the remainder of the pizza that was left, she looked at me with bug eyes and said she threw it out... BUT.. she can go get it! Say what?!

I asked her, you threw out half a pizza and didn't even think for a second that maybe we would want to take it with us? Is this your first or second day? Help me try to figure this out..

Next thing I know, her eyes are watering up. I told her, that's fine, just knock the small pizza down to an individual pizza on the bill and I'll pay for that.

She left and came back a couple of minutes later - this time more frantic.. and said it's ok, I'll pay your bill - you can leave and just took off.

My fiance and I were floored. We got up to leave and as we were walking to our car, another server came out, and screamed at us from the front door of Boston Pizza in Hinton... something about that's her friend and we're BANNED from Boston Pizza Hinton until we apologize.

Apologize for expecting the same stellar service and food that we've received in most every Boston Pizza we've ever visited... or for expecting perfectly good food that we ordered and wanted to pay for that was needlessly thrown out or for expecting professional conduct in a hospitality environment I think not.

The only thing I will apologize for is stepping in their establishment in the first place. I will never return and highly suggest you don't...

The worst service I’ve ever received. As a past waitress, I’m pretty understanding with servers and service, but the service we had in the bar tonight was awful. We arrived when the bar was empty at 5 ish and the waitress took her time bringing us menus and then left without asking for our drink orders. She took so long to come back for our drink orders, we were more than ready to order food too. The bar is still empty at this time. Food was great, but she only remembered to come check the quality because a big table was sitting next to us. Once they arrived she barely payed attention to us. My partner asked for a refill and it sat on the bar past the time we paid. We left and it was still sitting there. It took us asking another server for our bills and a box so that we could leave. We’re talking waiting over 30 minutes since we finished eating and she hadn’t even glanced at us. The other server in the bar was helping his tables and helped us with grabbing a box and our bill when we asked him over. We saw our server a total of 2 times our entire visit. We hoped it would be a quick in and out since it was empty when we arrived, but that was most definitely not the case. I understand that she had a big table walk in after us, but she completely ignored us and didn’t ask anyone to check in on us for her. Food was great and arrived nice and warm. Thankfully at least that was positive. This is the first time in my life I am leaving a negative review… shouldn’t have even...
