The lady behind the counter was extremely unmannerly. I understand it's a Tim Hortons and not to expect 5 star service and food, but she had asked my daughter and I what we had wanted more than once seeing how her memory may not be all too strong, barely giving any room to speak which could be why she had to ask a second time, when I had pointed out she had put 6 milk for my Coffee , when I asked twice for 3, she had said "Ya I just put it there, I know what I'm doing" in a very short, disrespectful tone. Shocked with the little amount of customer service skills she attains, I put my thumb in the air and said "good job" Next, my daughter had asked for a bagel , there was a few more people who had ordered before me so I didn't want to take food that wasn't mine which could potentially cause a problem on their end, so instead of our cashier announcing the food like any trained employee would, I asked the people in line if they had ordered bagels. If you are unhappy with your job or not a people person, work in an office or away...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe lady responsible for the drive through at 12 am was very rude and could not respond with s straight tone. This was not one communication that my review is based upon. It was several single communications over 5 minutes that made me very unhappy with her behavior. For example, we ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin. While we didn't like her tone during placing the order, it was worse at the counter where we paid for it. We just wanted to confirm very politely that there was no sausage in it because we ordered a couple of other items with sausage. In reply to our request for confirmation that this particular item didn't have sausage, she replied in a very rude and angry tone that, "you didn't order any sausage in it, right? so...". If it was a friendly response, I would have not spent this much time in writing a review here and would have happily acknowledged the friendly response. She responded very rudely; and it wasn't the only occasion...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited the Tim Hortons in Hinton for my morning tea and a red pepper pinwheel, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff member who took my order was notably rude, which set a negative tone for the start of my day.
When I asked who had taken my order at the window, the response from the Filipino employee was dismissive, claiming it was either Arlene or Erlyn, (as the lady at the window mentioned sheās the manager ) which didnāt address my concern.
The lack of courtesy from the staff was surprising and off-putting, and it's made me hesitant to return to this location. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve customer service in the future.
I had to edit this review again after eating my ordered red pepper pinwheel - funny part - not even the red pepper one - it was the onion one. DIGUSTING !!!!!!!! I wish I could...
