This location is really bad for ignoring orders. Twice I've ordered chicken and got beef, which upset my stomach. Thankfully, they fixed it the second time. Today, I ordered ahead for a grab and go, ASAP takeout order. They waited until I arrived to make it, it wasn't busy at the time. When I tried to ask politely about this, they ignored me the first 2 or 3 times I brought it up before they finally blamed the weather. They made me wait 10 minutes, for a total of about 20. Charged me for large coffee, told me they only had medium and wouldn't give me back the difference; eventually after some back and forth they offered me a second one instead. Weird flex but, okay. I ordered salad, which I even added toppings to. They gave me fries and rolled their eyes when I pointed it out. She asked me if I wanted my milk and sugar on the side, I said that I'd like it in the coffee. They gave it to me on the side anyways. She offered me the milk I ordered on the app but, gave me cream. I asked after checking the bag, she finally told me they don't have any milk, either.
Super disappointed. Between the apps inaccuracies in relation to store stock, the inability of the staff to check their tickets, communicate with customers and actually get orders out when they're due for pickup... This was a bad experience.
I've deleted the app and will be avoiding this location...

When placing our order, we immediately specified that one of the combos should not contain mayonnaise, as my wife is allergic to it. After receiving the order, my wife checked the burger and found that mayonnaise was still present—it had been scraped off with a spoon. We politely requested a replacement burger, but the employee simply removed the filling, replaced the bun, and returned the same burger. We pointed out that this was unacceptable, as traces of mayonnaise could still remain. Only after our persistent request was the burger completely replaced. Thankfully, we checked the order; otherwise, the negligence of the staff could have harmed my wife's health. Not only was all of the pop machines down and there was no fountain pop, but the kitchen which you look into was a disaster with food and waste all over it. The line cook kept rubbing his mask / nose with his gloved hands and then didn’t change those said gloves before making someone else’s food. We also watched cold fries sitting out to long be tossed BACK into the fry basket and fried again and packed up for drive through orders. It took 27 minutes for us to get our food when we came after rush hours, (8pm) food was subpar at best, the sitting area was so dirty we decided to eat in our truck instead of the dining area because we didn’t want to sit next to trash cans over flowing and bags of garbage sitting around.
