Normally the service is acceptable and food is on par that is why my rating isn't lower but this time I ordered a moolatte and it was given to me with nothing on it, no whipped topping or chocolate drizzle in the drive thru. Then they closed the window and left before I could say anything. About a minute later after a few people walked by and looked at me someone finally returned to window to ask if everything was ok. I said no my treat is missing the toppings. The response I received was " I can add that if you want". Add that!! It is part of what I ordered! This is our second birthday cake from this location. The first time the birthday writing matched the pale blue icing and looked like a baby cake not a birthday cake for a sixty year old. We tried our best to add sprinkles and photo copy photos to make it look better. I had ordered it online and ordered blue icing and to say Happy 60th Birthday. That was three years ago. My husband went in person this time and chose cake but was surprised they again used the pale yellow to write on cake to match yellow icing. I was excited to try the new sweet chilli chicken fingers and all I asked was to have the sauce on the side (for reasons that I should not have to explain). And as per a previous clients experience of asking for a simple change and getting a flat out no because management says so.
