Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Nanton

Never in my life have I had to give up and leave a Tim Horton's without receiving my order... or without even actually putting my order in.... until my stop there earlier this week. If I could give this place ZERO stars, that would be my choice. I can't even believe I am in a situation where I feel I HAVE to leave a negative review for a Tim Horton's.... but here we go.

So I am driving home from Calgary with my very pregnant fiancée and decide it would be nice to grab a coffee and a treat for the rest of our drive. So we walk in and stand in line behind two young ladies. They are undecided on what to order, but after a few minutes make their way to the counter and place their orders... that is where this fun story begins... just as I am thinking it will be our turn, an older lady who must have been these girls guardian walks past us and says that there are a few more girls coming that will be part of that order as well. I look around and I am now seeing about 10 teen girls all over the restaurant, some going in and out, some going to the washroom etc. As they are travelling by, this lady is calling them over to get them to pick out what they want, and none of them are quick about it. At this point I am still cool and figure hey no worries, our turn is coming up... and it had only been about 6 or so minutes in line at this point. Well these girls keep coming, and another vehicle arrives and they too somehow get to bump us in line and because no one knows what they want to order... this ends up taking over 10 minutes to get through. So now there is 5 people in line behind me all waiting as well that are not part of this now 20+ person group.... I am still cool at this point... and I get that they wanted to place one order all together... but the courteous, much less arrogant way to go about it would have been to let us go, gather the group, find out what they all wanted, then place the order.... the part that started making me mad... is when the staff decided that this group that had somehow managed to get priority over everyone else in line is now also going to get every item they ordered BEFORE anyone else in the line even gets to put their order in. Now I get that this is a smaller location, and that they can only make so many things at once etc... but with the BS that had already transpired and knowing how long we were waiting patiently there.... it was my expectation that they explain to the group that they are going to take care of the few others who have been waiting before completing their entire order... but that didn't happen. I look back down at my watch and see we had been waiting in line for 20 minutes, and they were not even half way through building the order for this large group.

The staff didn't acknowledge our existence, apologize for the wait, or have the common sense to put some fair order in place throughout our visit there. It took every bit of control to not say something, and so I decided it was time to leave... 20 minutes is long enough to have my pregnant fiancée standing there. For those reasons, I am not at all impressed and will NOT be back to this place again no matter how badly I am craving a coffee for...

Very bad service , employee taking the order on drive thru without even confirming the order try to force me to buy the item which I wanted to change .she said we have to buy it because they have already made it .she didn't even try to confirm and repeat the order back to us. At the service window when we try to talk to the manager he said employee was right because they start making the order as soon as customer start ordering for faster service . When I said they cannot force me to buy without confirming the order ,he said he knows how thing working because he was working in fast food industry since he was 16 . He was rude and arrogant and said that I can complain to head office .He was visibly angry and...

I was really excited when I saw there was an option for an impossible sausage, it was the first one I ever tried. I asked them politely to not add the egg or cheese or chipotle sauce. I told them three times because they did not understand the first two times I told them. At first they were saying they couldn’t do it, then she said she would make sure they weren’t added. I was not given a receipt. I received my impossible sausage and had to hit the road quickly. I opened it and they had not removed the cheese and chipotle sauce. I was really disappointed. I felt disrespected and belittled at this location for not respecting my dietary restrictions that actually...
