Subway — Restaurant in Town of Nanton

My loyalty with this particular location was severely misplaced. Many times in the past while dinning at this restaurant. I was asked to make a lot of concessions over the years, which at the time. I didn't mind. I had to walk to the gas station while on my timed lunch break, because their's was out of order. I received the wrong order because of the lady in training, but I ate the sub anyway, no complaints. Several times I went in and didn't complain when I was shorted, (they were out of mustard here, they were out of tomatoes there, etc, etc. Several times the pop machine was down so I purchased my "refills" by the bottle. Again. I never complained. Today. I went in with a party of 3. I thought we were all getting combos and staying. When I asked for the add-ons with my combo. That one would normally expect. I was told that I would have to pay double. As the add ons wouldn't be credited to a combo. I tried to explain the mistake to the cashier. But he wouldn't have it. Funny that. The same restaurant that asked me to make concession after concession after concession, over the years, couldn't make a single concession for me! I certainly won't be...

I had a great experience at Subway recently, but there are a couple of things that could be improved.

First, let me say that the staff is amazing. They’re friendly, attentive, and know how to prepare a fantastic sub.

The ingredients were fresh, and the staff member who made my sub paid close attention to my preferences, which I really appreciated. The bread was fresh, the veggies were crisp, and the sub was delicious.

However, the only downside was that there weren’t enough staff during peak hours.

It was quite busy when I visited, and while the staff on duty worked as quickly as possible, the line did get a bit long. It felt like the team was under pressure, and with only a couple of people handling everything, it did take a bit longer to get my order than I had hoped.

That being said, once my sub was ready, it was exactly what I expected—fresh, well-prepared, and tasty.

If Subway could have a few more hands on deck during busy times, it would make the overall experience even better. Despite this, I’ll definitely be back for the quality food and...

Food is good as always! Subway usually serves good quality food and this location is not an exception. Also, they were very helpful and understanding when I had to deal with two crazy kids.
