Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Slave Lake

What an awful experience tonight. We ordered our pizza at 10:18 pm online. There have been several times where we have ordered pizza online and been given orders that were messed up. We are not complainers, so usually we just let it go. Tonight we got 2 pizzas both of which had messed up toppings. For the first time ever we phoned in and complained. We told the man who answered what was wrong and he argued with us and said we were wrong because he had made the pizzas. Our receipt (what we actually ordered) did not match what we received. Then they told us that they would do our order over again but we would be waiting awhile. Then he called back to tell us we had to give the original pizzas back. Horrible customer service. We didnt get our pizza till 12:35 am. On the upside, I will say the delivery guy was a bit better with customer service and atleast told us to keep the other...

They missed placed my icing on my lava cake. The operator on the phone was hostile after I asked for Fresh Hotwings instead of Microwaved chicken. I was treated poorly by my waiter. He told me it wasn’t microwaved but by time of delivery I noticed the meal was over cooked and was (Microwaved) I am sad by the quality and the customer service here. Please Brice or who ever is in charge do something for your future customers so they will have a pleasant online order without having any hassle. I expected more from a long latesting company such as Domino’s. I will change my review of the restaurant to a 5 star when I see changes in greater customer service. Listen up this is a great place period and if there are any bad reviews here or not 5 stars then it's because the people who gave them are just being ignorant. I had and issue with my order here and left unsatisfied well they called me I believe it was the owner even and he went the extra mile and definitely showed that no matter what the issue customer comes first always. This place will always have my business when I am in town and I highly recommend it good pizza and great people. Don't bother going else where I have tried every pizza joint in town and this one...
