Honestly don't like writing bad reviews but this has to be the worst customer service I have ever had at any a&w one girl that works night time. Laughs when it's not busy and says to her co-workers. " I don't have to take orders unless I want to and they just have to wait hahaha" even tho there is no one inside except me and they were the only ones in the drive thru. I even heard her answer the one person in the drive thru 20mins later and say " sorry were slammed" as she looked at her co workers and laughed. Because there was nobody eles. I got better faster service at McDonald's across the street when they were packed and they don't have the fastest service either. The girl was very rude very mean and I will never return and I will tell everyone I know not to go. Horrible service, horrible workers. From the moment I pulled in, Shubham was quick to greet me with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring that the ordering process was smooth and easy. As soon as I place my order at the mic he already knows it's me and what I usually order.
The food arrived promptly, hot, and exactly as I ordered. What really stood out was Shubham’s attention to detail—he made sure everything was correct, checked in to see if I needed anything else, and delivered everything with a smile. It’s rare to find such attentive service, especially at a drive-in, and Shubham made the experience that much better.

Update: May 22/2022. I wish that they would pay more attention to your order rather than trying to upgrade your order to"with cheese or meal". As it is happening more often that they don't listen. I ordered 2 buddy burgers no cheese. Question back... Do you want cheese? Would you like to make that a meal? No.... Just 2 buddies no cheese. Get to window and pay and I get too much change back. So question, did they order 2? Nope they gave us 1 burger. Staff needs to listen as this seems to be happening more often.
