With a craving for chicken and a desire to try something new this definitely fit the bill. Easy to find, lots of parking, and clear menus for ordering.

I like the fact they don't have dozens of options - there are a few varieties and that's it. Ordered a half & half pack, which ended up being quite a lot of chicken. It took a few minutes (they made it fresh) but was well worth the wait. Deliciously crunchy, but not greasy.

Restaurants have gradually been raising prices while dropping quality and shrinking portions. It was pleasantly surprising to find such good portions (it is $27 for one box so not exactly cheap but you don't feel scammed).

Worth going back to try more flavors next time.

The only issue I had was with young (under 8) kids in the dining area the staff decided to blast 'In and Out' by Lud Foe (a heavily explicit, uncensored rap song). The chicken is perfectly breaded and fried to a crisp exterior while staying moist and juicy inside. My personal favorite is the honey garlic chicken - the sweet and savory glaze is simply addicting. You can't go wrong with classic buttermilk fried either.

As good as the chicken is, don't overlook their amazing fries. Thick cut and perfectly salted, they're the perfect accompaniment.

It's a new place so I won't be too hard on this. To start, I ordered the full order of half-half (half cheese snow, half buldak). The chicken was moist and juicy. I enjoyed that it was flavorful and the portion was good. However, I feel like it needs a lot of improvement in the seasoning. It was SO salty!! I shared this with my partner and we each had three pieces out of the box. We drank so much water from just the three pieces itself that we could no longer finish.
