Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Township of Langley

I was just here with my husband at 4:45 a.m.. We waited for at least 5 mins without getting any attention from 2 cashiers, one in the drive thru serving a customer, 1 walking around close to the kitchen. So, I flagged the one who was walkig close to the kitchen, which is the closest one to the cash register. Even when she has noticed us, I still had to ask if we can order..!! My husband then ordered but the woman on the till could not even hear my husband because in her own words, "there's someone talking in my ear". Fine..we let it go..then as she was getting our orders, she had one last thing to say to us, "Just so you know, we don't open our doors til 5 a.m." We were dumbstruck! We had thought that she was going to APOLOGIZE for not noticing us. But nooooo..apparently it was our fault for coming in too early!! The thing is, if your doors are open before the time you say the store opens, it means you're open for business! MY ADVICE IS if you don't want to take any orders or customers to dine in, keep your doors locked until the time you're officially open...

If I could rate this Tim Hortons a 0 star, I would. I ordered a large chili today from this location & was handed a 3" piece of bread with it. When I politely asked why I didn't get the normal full size piece of bread that usually accompanies a LARGE chili, they became aggressive and agitated & repeated that this is what a large chili gets. So I asked if I could get the large bread with it, and they refused. I told them I would pay for the bigger piece of bread and they charged me $1.77 for it. This location in the past 6 months has become a trash establishment with zero experience in customer service.

I decided to go to the Tim Hortons on Lefeuvre and order the exact same order but without mentioning the bun size. Just as I thought, they not only gave me the full bun but also didn't charge extra for it. I will attach photos of the difference below. GO TO THE ONE ON LEFEUVRE, IT'S...

Absolutely horrible. My mom is 37weeks pregnant and she was craving some Tim’s, she went to the bathroom while ordering and her experience there was horrible. There was feces on the side of the sink and all over the floors. It smelt horrible, my experience with ordering was no better. 1, there was a worker eating whilst making orders, no glove changing, hand washing. She changed her gloves once she noticed I was observing this behaviour with a disgusting look on my face. They make fun of people in Punjabi; I am Punjabi myself and they were making very racist remarks against Caucasian/African people. I found this extremely disturbing. They ask you to repeat your order numerous times. We ordered a simple 2 coffee and coup, it took them around 25 minutes to complete the order.

I will be going back and taking pictures, reporting them to Fraser health. This is beyond...
