A&W Canada — Restaurant in Township of Langley

This a&w is one of the best I've been to I always receive very friendly service , I'm not left waiting for 20 min like I have had to do with other a&w's ( to be honest I've been noticing McDonalds and Tim Hortons really falling behind in their fast , efficient and friendly service it just isn't what it used to be ) but these guys on the other hand are quite the opposite as I was saying always friendly service fast orders, orders are always correct and delicious !!! Restaurant/ dinning area is always clean . A&w is setting the bar and they are leaving McDonalds and Tim Hortons far behind!!! 👍 The only complaint I have for a&w is I wish they would start selling their "twist" soft serve ice cream cone again they w were the best please bring the twist cone 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😇back?!?;?;?;!! and if they could fix up their pie's a bit like for example upgrade the dough make it thicker more tender and flakey and get rid of all the sugar plastered on the outside of it that would be great!! Thank you for your wonderful food and fabulous service the friendly service goes along way, muchly appreciated!!! 😜😋🤪 Ps I will add another star if guys brings back the twist cone &/or upgrade...

This is the worst A&W Restaurant to ever eat at. The Men's washroom is disgusting and extremely filthy, everywhere. The Women's washroom is just as sickening as the Men's washroom is. I told the Manager, Valpreet, about it and she said she would look after it right away but she never did, i told her twice about it and still she did nothing to rectify the awful washroom conditions as well. By the way, the staff was not friendly whatsover to either me or my friend, and the tables were left very dirty and unkept too.

The floor was also dirty and food particles could be easily seen on the floor surfaces as well.

The coffee was burnt and not fresh at all.

The cream container was never filled up even enough i asked the manager about it and she said to me that she would fill it up but she never did, and neither did her staff which is very unprofessional on all levels too.

I will never be coming back to this particular A&W Restaurant location, and neither should you.

Save your money, and don't eat here, you'll be glad you did, trust me, i found out the hard way, so now you don't have...

I'm pretty close to being done with A&W all together. Let's start with the franchise as a whole shall we. First they swituched from diced onions to sliced changing the taste of what used to be my favorite fast food burger aka the Teen. Then they changed the ketchup to that frenches garbage that taste like red mustard and now the pickles are different. Yup you ruined the teen burger. The place is over priced for fast food. For a dollar or two more I can go to a pub for a way superior product. Now let's move on to my customer service experience at approx 7:30 pm at the Murrayville location in Langley. The young lady working the till was cold and dismissive and doesn't listen to her customers. I recieved no greeting l, no smile and she barely said 2 words to me. I asked for really cold mugs for our root beer and she acted like she didn't care. They we only slightly cold. I then asked for 2 ketchup and she tried to put 13 of them in my hands. She literally used two hands to grab the ketchup. Yeah I know she makes minimum wage but come on try a little. I won't be back if I can...
