This location earned a spot on my DO NOT ORDER EVER AGAIN list.
I am shocked to learn that BURGER KING even has a quality commitment based on the accusatory, blaming, and overall combative nature of 2 of the night shift employees. "Preparing every Whopper sandwich to order," is this actually true or does it only happen when the employees on shift are in the mood for it?
If their goal was to make customers feel unwelcome, then they completely and utterly succeeded in that regard. Based on this horrible experience, I would rather go out of my way to support A&W or Wendy's, where the burgers are actually made to order, to avoid returning to this location. I would not even serve the food from this location to a stray dog, stray dogs deserve better than this.
This has really become a memorable customer service experience in the most negative way because of how horrible this interaction made us feel.
To take our money, forget part of our order, not even offer any sort of apology for forgetting said order, to then serve subpar quality product, and then make us feel bad for having the audacity to mention it? No, I don't think so.

This was the exception to that rule. First, yeah, the staff is extremely rude. Coming from me, that means a lot, because I understand minimum wage workers aren't paid enough to be cheery all the time. She was literally awful, dull monotonous voice, not confirming our order over the speaker, and rushed us ahead without letting us order the rest of our meal. When we got to the window, she didn't speak to us at all, and slammed the window closed between interactions. When we thanked her for the food, she didn't reply and once again slammed it in our face. Checked our food and the two food items were in fact there, but she gave us full sugar coke which my partner can't drink. The food was sad and soggy, but not the worst I've gotten. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were not spicy at all—they tasted quite sweet, almost like honey. My wife politely asked the staff what kind of sauce was used, and they said they would check with the person who prepared the order. When my wife mentioned that the sandwich didn’t taste the way it was supposed to and requested a replacement without sauce (as we were very hungry), the staff came back and simply said, “Sorry, we cannot give you another.” No effort was made to correct the order, and there was no apology offered. My wife decided to leave the sandwich untouched on the table. In our experience, most places in Canada are quick to apologize and correct a mistake when an order isn’t right, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
