I am one to give out great reviews and not bother wasting my time with bad reviews. Today was the worse experience I've ever had at a Tim Horton's and I go to a Timmie's on a weekly basis. Ordered - well I tried to order a BLT combo but the lady was literally whispering and couldn't speak English clearly at all. I'm very patient and explained to her what I was trying to order 6 times. I gave up and drove to the window and some other lady retook my entire order. BLT - check, Wedges - check, Drink - check. Sounds good right? After a 7 hour shift at work I'm starved since I didn't bring food. Go to take a huge bite of my sandwich and guess what? Delicious bread, tomato, and lettuce is all. Open up the sandwich and literally crumbs from 1 strip of bacon. Seems like they ran out and I got the bottom bits of the jar as it was super greasy and soggy. 1 strip of bacon is being generous as I took all the pieces out and it made a 2" long by 3/4" wide strip. $8 for a vegetarian meal is not what I paid for. I was insulted by the manager jag and when I called the phone number to complain the person on the phone was equally ride and insulting. I know what toasted English muffins supposed to be like and I know what proper customer service is supposed to be. I dont deserve to be treated like this following a legitimate complaint I highly recommend you go to a reputable restaurant that serves decent food.
Is this toasted? If not then jag deserves to be disciplined for talking to a customer unrespectfully and serving food that should not be served.
They said the customer isnt always right but I've worked in numberous kitchens and this type of "service" wouldn't be acceptable un any of them, why they treat long term customers like this doesnt make...
Read moreI have ordered one iced coffee at this location through mobile order about 15 minutes before closing and they refuse me to give order by saying we are closed. Order was placed and payment was deducted and it’s still 10 minutes left in closing still they closed earlier and said to me you have to come tomorrow in afternoon for pick up. More than that one of the girl employee was so rude as she said we are not serving ice coffee after 8 pm and you have to call us before placing order. Is it the way to are talking to you customers?? Is customer is asking for free coffee? He is paying you the money and in return you guys have to give the good service. I have seen so many times the employees are talking in a very rude way.
