COBS markets itself as a bakery, a higher end more expensive specialty product, versus the local grocery store. My wife bought 12 butter tarts yesterday to take for our Christmas dinner. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, but I will say this COBS will need some serious baking and packaging training for staff. They appear unable to do either. 1. -The butter tarts are way over cooked. They are very chewy and tough, almost to the consistency of colder toffee. 2. -The staff packed them on top of each other. They sunk into the ones below, and cooled. Even a three-year old kid with a toy and a mud puddle, knows how this would turn out. Totally unusable. What a waste of my family’s money, during a time when we don’t have much to spend. It appears there is a lack of care and interest in sending out a top end product (or even packing it so it is usable), at this location. I’ll be heading to the general grocery store in future. At least I will have a usable dessert, and money left over.

Prompt quick service - plenty of taste tests available! Good spot for a quick bite or some preservative free bread! Good place for a ā€œfancyā€ bread to bring as a dinner guest!

Today I visited this place with my 4-year-old niece to buy some items for our home. I was shocked to see that the display case with the cheese croissants and mini pizzas was full of small flies and bugs — it was truly unhygienic and unpleasant. I mentioned this to one of the staff members, suggesting that the display should be checked and cleaned immediately because many customers buy from there and it is very unsanitary. Unfortunately, the staff member responded very casually, saying ā€œOkay, I’ll take care of it later,ā€ and continued serving the next customer. During the entire time I was there, nothing was done about the issue. As a result, I decided not to make any purchase and left. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest other customers check carefully before buying because the hygiene standards were extremely...

I love Cobs, bread but this is one of the worst service and worst racist places I've ever been to. Most of the staff are friendly, but the ones who seem to be managers are the least expensive and racist, and many others are also famous for their racist spots. In the future, you must be kinder to grow your business sales. This place needs education about racism and kindness centered on its manager. Keep in mind that no matter how delicious the bread is, if the service is not good, your sales will...
