Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Township of Langley

I made a mistake on the app while ordering a Brooklyn style pizza. Wanted to add a ranch dip but in the process took the pizza sauce off the pizza altogether (not something I wanted to do). Pizza started getting prepared at 7:19pm, realized the mistake by looking at the Dominos App tracker so called in at 7:26pm. Talked to a nice guy on the phone who said he had to check with his manager if they could change the order. When the nice guy came back on the phone he told me the manager said they could not make the changes because my order had already been placed. I disagreed and after some back and forth they said they would make my amended order. When I went to pick up the pizza the manager Aman was quite rude to me about my mistake. She told me numerous times not to do it again, argued over when I placed my order and when I called in, and she also wanted me to take the pizza that I had wasted. I was appreciative that they gave me the pizza I wanted after the mistake, but it seemed quite unnecessary for the manager to be so rude about the...

I came in one evening to pick up two pizzas but was told to wait for 10 minutes even though I had already phoned and waited 30 minutes at home. They tried giving me someone else’s order and when I said that wasn’t right they went to the back and all started laughing and pointing at me like children. I had to phone my friend to ask if the order was right. I told them what my order was again this time they came back with it. As I paid for my food I told them to be more professional but one of the guys that was laughing didn’t like my comment so he gets right in my face and tells me how i was the one that was wrong for being rude so I grabbed my food and left… Absolutely ridiculous… laughing at a customer because they got the order mixed up.

I have used the App to order pizza from the Murrayville location in Langley BC several times and always been very pleased. . Firstly the App is very user friendly and stores all previous information so that makes your next order super simple to place. I love the tracking on the App from prep, to oven to getting ready for deliver to our for delivery. You know each step. Each time the delivery driver has been very good, shows up with the pizza in a thermal bag to keep it warm. When we open the pizza it always looks great, is nice and hot and most importantly is very tasty. We order the hand tossed.
