KFC — Restaurant in Township of Langley

Our family has been long time customers here, today the manager yelled at me and my husband, accusing us of asking for free food when we asked for a side of spicy mayo. We were picking up food for our family and asking for a condiment that is not available to order online. Hamed, the manager, was very rude. He started yelling at us the moment we tried to explain the situation. Every time we have gone there they don't charge for it and it's not available to add to the online order. The manager yelled over my husband and I as I tried to explain that we tried to order it online and it wouldn't allow us and he says alot of things aren't available online! Stop asking for free food! Upon opening our family meal, come to find out 4 crispy chicken tenders didn't make it in our bag. Call back and all they can do is make 4 tenders if we come back. No real resolution as we live 30 minutes away. They denied not giving us the chicken tenders but say they will make them for us if we come back just because they don't want to argue. They don't believe their customers and they don't value our business. They are the dishonest ones who accuse us of trying to ask for free food.

Won't go back to this location. Disturbed by their service, or lack their of.

I made a complaint a few days ago and still haven't heard back from them. This is why Popeyes chicken is WAY better. You actually get what you pay for and the chicken is way better there. And check this, when you ask Popeyes for a side of spicy mayo, they give you it! No questions asked! because like the rest of us they realize it isnt coming out of their pay check and its not food its a condiment! If it was on the menu we would have no problem paying for it but they decide to charge however much for it when they so chose. Also, Way bigger pieces of chicken and way crispier yummier fries at Popeyes. Save your money. This place will scam you and leave you with a headache.

I tried to give this location another chance after they double charged me and didn't refund me for 3 months, now this. Should have learned my lesson...

Horrible experience!! So I ordered takeout. The Double Slider Combo, which the menu does NOT indicate is available in THREE versions, one which is Spicy, one which is Regular, and one which has PEPPER MAYO! So, instead of the "Regular" being the normal one given to all customers unless they ask for one of the specialty types, they have the one with PEPPER MAYO as what folks get, unless they ask for REGULAR one!! Just completely ridiculous, backwards! It was so Peppered I was made ill and I vomited as a result of trying to just swallow the bite I took of the slider!! But, even worse, when I went back inside to ask about the situation of WHY it had the Pepper Mayo, I was treated so badly by Prahb, the front counter worker! She was telling me that I should have known that it has Pepper Mayo automatically rather than having REGULAR Mayo, which she said I had to ask for special. I'd asked her HOW I WOULD KNOW AS IT IS NOT STATED ON THE MENU!?? At that point she then started "rolling her eyes" at what I was saying that the menu doesn't say that there are 3 versions, nor that they give you the specialty Pepper Mayo one if you don't say you want REGULAR!! I told her it should be stated right on the menu instead of assuming every customer is a psychic mind reader! Very, rude, disrespectful girl who needs to get lessons in customer service!! A truly horrible food order and even more horrid total lack of customer service!! KFC used to be a great place to eat and was one of my fav fast foods, not any...

This is more of a 3.5 stars. I've been here a few times. Depending on who's working at the back or counter, your service can either be quick or slow, and the chicken can either be well-seasoned, extremely overseasoned, or underseasoned at a 50/25/25 odds. Despite what others have said, the service has always been friendly to me.

This one's really hit or miss. I expect that's because, as of the time of writing, most of the veteran employees are still at the KFC near the rec center and this one is somewhat understaffed. I really only go here because the app has decent deals and this KFC is closer to home.

Aside from that, the location tends to be very clean, and I like the addition of screens that you can order and browse the menu from without having to interact with the staff.
