McDonald's — Restaurant in Township of Langley

I had just come from langely emergancy and was so tired and unwell. I only eat at A&W, but the service via window was polite and food was hot and a welcome after what looks like a WAR ZONE LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF THE T.V SHOW " THE WALKING DEAD " and that's not exaggerating. So I believe we all need to give a huge thx to anyone working no matter what the job is as so many dont have jobs. However while laying on hard bed I watched ambulance drivers and their partners stand for hours while nurses ran to clean next beds for the sicker so could not help hearing them talk as they shifted their weight from 1 foot to another, a trick learned by many who have to stand long hours. Many has gone way to long with nothing to eat, wearing face masks on top of shields on top of filters that looked like Darth Vader movie and you could see the red welts from days of this. I heard them saying they were going to get something soon. No matter where they choose I FIRMLY BELIEVE ALL SERVICE PEOPLE WORKING ON THE FRONT LINES SHOULD HAVE ALL THEIR MEALS COVERED BY OUR GOVERNMENT. Maybe they do but if not needs to change Anyone agreeing please give a thumbs up and pray you dont get this covid-19. Wear masks and wash hands and STAY HOME as much as you can. After seeing several elderly patients " I'm 65; being ran past us in hallway while we waited it becomes VERY REAL. Respect all the rules set out to help us survive this holiday season or you or a loved one may be the next one. God Bless and stay safe. I feel bad doing this review because I go there 1-2 times a week. I should say I "used to" cause sadly its an easy never again. We start that they don't serve the McRib after 10pm. Apparently according to the guy that's a general thing, but I went to other ones and they do. So who really knows. He's excuse was that it takes too long too cook(?). And something else that I didn't understand. But the top of all he said straight into our face that the apple pies were expired, and they would take 16 minutes to cook fresh and that they don't make them at night cause they go to waste and they don't want to waste profits. Ok... I never had any type of restaurant tell me that! Then why are you open?! What's the point?! The burger was cold and old also. I don't know what's going on with this location the past few months. I think they change ownership and it shows. Oh well, off to the 179 and hwy 10 location from now on. This is easily the worst McDonalds in a 10km radius. We all know Mcd's is supposed to be fast and cheap. Well, it ain't so cheap any more and this location is TOTAL GARBAGE when it comes to fast. They are the worst, slowest and make so many damn mistakes.... just this evening I went to get a couple of Sundays and a McFlurry for the family.

1st problem: double drive thru. WORST IDEA EVER. It just causes a damn bottleneck in a spot where the next car can't even get to the order box.

2nd problem: sat in the line for 10 minutes JUST TO GET TO THE BOX to place the order.

3rd problem: WAITED ANOTHER 10 MINUTES to get to the window.

4rth problem: guy at the window didn't have any trays for my order. So he goes to the back and takes ANOTHER 7 MINUTES just to GET A DAMN TRAY.

They don't give a damn, didn't even offer an apology and there's no point in talking to the manager because they don't care either.

Terrible staff, terrible management.
