McDonald's — Restaurant in Township of Langley

Absolutely disgusting experience. We went to get some dinner and while waiting for the order went to get a table but in the whole dinning room there was not one single table that didn't have garbage. I asked the girl if they could clean up some table so we could sit down, by the time we got our food they still hadn't done anything, so we ended up sitting at a table with left over food having to push it over. I went and asked the girl a second time to please clean and they said they where going to send someone. Meanwhile I m sitting at a table waiting but no one comes. I went to get our drinks and it was all disgusting, no napkins which I had to ask for some, stains, disorder of lids, ketchup etc. When I get to my dinner which was an angus burger I find it was burnt, cold, and an old piece of lettuce, so I return it with my fries which they too where cold and they gave me a new one. While having this horrible dry hamburger next to me a man came up to aagirl that was changing the garbage can and said very nicely if she could clean one of the tables for him and his wife to sit down and her response was wait till I finish this, which was placing the garbage bag!!! Unreal!!! She should have said yes of course right away!!!! She took her time!! Definitely never again going. Even spoke to a young girl (no more than 20) the manager all she could say was sorry. I came this morning and ordered 2 coffee's in the drive thru. 1 cream, 4 honey in each. I was told they would put the honey on the side. I requested to put it in the coffee like every other mcdonalds, a&w, tim hortons etc does. I get to the window and they hand me a bag with the honey in it. I told them to put it in the coffee. They refused. The reason? "We have to open the packages with our hands and some people might be allergic"

You put the burgers together with your hands, you grab all the cups and lids with your hands. You do everything with your hands. People are allergic to things like onions and cheese as well, but you use your hands to put those on burgers!

So I took the coffee and get to my fiancé's place where she tells me that this same restaurant has always put the honey in the coffee for her.

It's not that you guys aren't allowed, it's that you're lazy. This is why minimum wage is such a joke. Paid almost $18 an hour and you won't do your job. Most (not all) of the people working in these fast food places have terrible customer service skills, they are lazy, they make mistakes on every order. They aren't worth half of what minimum wage is. All they will do is whine about how they can't survive on minimum wage but God forbid they work hard to move up like all of us who grew up 20 or more years ago had to.

I will never spend another dime at this location. I never expect much from mcdonalds but doing your damn job should be...

I’ve been to this McDonald’s countless times and they get my order wrong on a consistent basis. It is frustrating at times but not the reason for this review.

I’ve been here 2 days in a row now, both around 12, asking for an egg McMuffin. Shouldn’t be an issue, it takes 1 egg, and they advertise all day breakfast. I’ve now been told that they can’t make it. First time I asked why and they said they were cleaning the grill. So I let it go, I just came at a bad time. I ordered something else and went on my way. I come today, asking for the same thing, an egg McMuffin, again I’m told no. So, I ask why. Well “we’re not doing breakfast now”, so I ask if they have all day breakfast still and they say yes. So what’s the issue? Well now they don’t have enough eggs. I explain, I only need 1 for the sandwich I’m asking for. Still I’m told no. So I tell her I’ll wait, I’m already here, it’s all I’m wanting. She says, no need to wait, I’m sorry we can’t make it.

Again, if you have all day breakfast, making 1 breakfast sandwich at noon (which I ask for no meat because I’m vegetarian, so all they have to do is cook 1 single egg) shouldn’t be an issue.
