Triple O's — Restaurant in Township of Langley

This is the best triple O’s location by far in the Lower mainland. The service and food quality is way better than any other location near by . And Nikki has to be the best Triple O’s team member I have ever come across, always very efficient and very kind . I travel for work and enjoy Triple O’s /white spot food . A lot of franchises lately have let their food quality down. This location still in my opinion has not and had people that enjoy their job working their and it shows . Wish more people working for this organization were like Nikki and her fellow crew members. I will skip going to other locations and make a point of going to this one . ! They especially shine with the quality of the breakfast menu compared to a lot of other locations that serve cold reheated pre cooked fried eggs . At this location at least your Sunny start and other breakfast items are served hot ! Keep up the good work and...

The food was prepared better than other locatikns, however my order was missing items.

Out of the three persons I dealt with, only the one who brought the finished order was slightly friendly and polite. The other two has the most negative attitude.

This is a common I have found in nearly 80% of fast food locations. It's the reason I've actually cut back going to these places. They brag about their food through their marketing, but nearly ALL fast food businesss need to RETRAIN their staff.

Might be going back, but will ask for the employee with the friendly attitude to help me. A very nice lady who cares about her work.

Disgusting. They have a sign that says "if you're not proud of it. Don't serve it." But they did any ways. They cashier was stuck up and appeared to hate her job and that her customers were an inconvenience to her. The food was cold and soggy and absolutely repulsive. And when I said we have a food allergy to strawberries and asked for a different jam we weren't offered peanut butter or other jam. Was told oh well. We brought our family for breakfast. Clearly a mistake. As I write this. The cashier goes out for a smoke with a restaurant full of customers. I just might have to stick around to see if she...
