Restaurant Maman Fournier — Restaurant in Trois-Rivières

I'm visiting Trois Rivieres on business and just came out of this restaurant after having dinner with my coworker after a long working day on the weekend. After finishing three quarter of my salmon and rice meal. While i was chewing into the rice i felt hard pieces inside my mouth and when I spit them out of my mouth, there were few broken pieces of a plate inside the rice. I was shocked and called the manager who apologized and said "I see you are almost done with your meal, so we offer you 50% discount"!!! I said my concern is that this could have got into my stomach and caused big damage to my body and I'm concerned about other customers here who might find some broken pieces in their meals as well, and I really hope everyone will be safe

They handled the situation poorly in my opinion. I hope they'll have a better control in their kitchen and avoid such stupid mistakes so no one will get hurt. Would never go back again to this restaurant, will never recommend it to anyone, and will warn everyone i know in the area not to try...

I recently visited Maman fournier and was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the atmosphere. The place has a warm and inviting vibe, with tasteful décor and comfortable seating that makes you want to stay a while. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and well-prepared.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to accommodate any request without being intrusive. My favorite dish of the evening was the club sandwich, it was Ok.

mon conjoint m'as emmener dans se resto première fois que nous y allions alors je choisis table hôte duo de mer 4 crevette papillions et 4 langoustines riz et légume du jour pour $35,,, bonsoir l'assiette arrive il n'y avait plus de crevette papillions il m'ont mis 4 crevette ordinaire pas goût et les langoustine vapeur trois morceaux bouquet chou-fleur ainsi que deux morceaux courgettes et une pelleté de riz étirer dans l'assiètte et le beurre ail étirer en eau ?????je regarde mon assiette et demande poliment c'est pas ce que j'ai commander elle me dis bien c'est cela mais il n'y avait plus de crevette papillion alors on vous a mis cela je gout et fait revenir la serveuse pardon mlle mais cela n'as aucun gout et je ne mangerez pas ce plat mon conjoint fait la même remarque la gérante une personne gentille nous propose autre choses le coeur n'y est plus une heure d'attente alors ont veux plus attendre elle insiste bien gentille elle nous offre un verre de vin prend une autre assiette plus cher de 2$ le poisson bon mais le cuisinier a laisser la peau molle en dessous sur le riz pour finir le tout nous a coûter 60.00 plus le pourboire 10$ 7-$ au total et malheureusement je n'y retournerez jamais il ne savent pas cuire les fruits mer par compte mon mari a bien le hamberger Fête Anniversaire gâcher par le cuisinier je ne le recommanderez a personne votre personnels est courtois c'est malheureux changer...
