L'employé qui s'occupait de ma commande était en plein milieu de faire mon sandwich. Il est allé rejoindre les deux autres derrière et on les voyait dans le reflet des portes de frigo se sauter dans les bras et s'amuser, pendant que mon conjoint et moi attendions pendant plusieurs minutes et qu'il ne restait qu'un seul employé pour servir les gens devant.
