This was one of the most awful experiences I have had at a Tim Hortons. The young man at the window kindly asked us to pull to the side an wait for our bacon English muffin sandwich. First time I had to do this, but I get it move the flow of cars through faster. However, if you want to be doing this have a better parking setup like MacDonald's does... Example: Spot 1 Spot 2 then the employees know where to go.... There was another car waiting as well for a long time they eventually went in to get their sandwich. Two different workers came out with a different meal n said they weren't what we ordered n couldn't find the people who had ordered it. I eventually went into the building to find what was going on after waiting 10minutes... As I entered I noticed a lot of the staff just standing around ... I get there's slow times but when someone waits 10 minutes for a sandwich n took two workers to come out n get our order right is a little unprofessional! This isn't the workers fault they aren't clearly use to the cars pulling to the side it's clearly the managers/owners that need to have a better setup!!!! Won't be back to...

It was thrusday September 18 10:40 at the drive thru ordered a coffee for myself the staff replied me in an aggressive and agitated tone but I didnāt mind it I asked for something else again got replied back in same tone, while paying on drive thru I paid through cash the guy at the drive thru literally hand me the change throwing them from way above my hand was, like seriously is this the way you behave with your customers. You talk like this and then instead of being sorry about it you throw tantrums to them, like seriously. Piyush (working evening shift around 5:30PM on 22nd Dec) ~ their rude professional service worker Mr. Piyush behaved rude to us. He was making bad hand gestures towards us while taking our order. He made us wait for quite a long and didnāt bother us to at least tell us that he is busy and will attend us in sometime. He was roaming around. Looks like he doesnāt want to work there. If thatās the case he can work with the manager and get it sorted. It doesnāt mean he will behave bad to the customers. He should be polite to the customers.
