MUKO SUSHI — Restaurant in Uxbridge

Ok, wow! They don't call it the Most Unforgettable Korean and Japanese Oriental cuisine for nothing! Easily the best Chicken Yaki Udon I've ever had. Fresh veggies and a variety of them too! A really vibrant meal when I opened the dish. My wife got the Muko Roll and was absolutely thrilled with it. The Eel Dragon roll was also one of the best. Very flavourful and the texture was exquisite. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They're not YET open for dine in, but you can also order ahead and specify a time to pick up. So you can order right after work and it could be ready when it's dinner time. Can't wait to try more!

Update: we ordered again. Shout out to Philip Park for taking a photo of his Steak Bulgogi and inspiring us to order it. It was AMAZING. Their choice of veggies again, was perfect, literally. Every vegetable was well cooked, well sliced and went with the dish. (And my wife has to be careful with cooked green peppers so no green peppers was an added plus) . The shrimp tempura and veggie tempura had the best batter I've ever had. And their sauce was incredible. The fish in the MUKO roll was so fresh and the tempura shrimp roll was also excellent. The eel dragon roll was like velvet in your mouth. Looking forward to going and sitting...

I had limited contact with staff but they were welcoming on arrival and the atmosphere is nice.

I ordered a small platter for $62. Quantity was sufficient but the quality was not. I expect fresh fish. Another day and there is no way they are serving that same piece. Sushi is time sensitive. The white fish was good but the salmon (arguably the most commonly ordered fish) was not.

I wanted this place to be so good being the only sushi resturant in Uxbridge. Sadly I don't know if I'll be back. Maybe once more on the off chance that their fish isn't as good on a Tuesday night. In my experience though it shouldn't matter what day of the week you order.

I know it's a small town resturant but this is why places don't survive...lacking quality. If you want customers to come back then set...

The food was average. Had the Kitchen Bento box (Teriyaki Beef). The miso soup had nothing in it. It was just broth. Should have tofu and green onions. The beef was super chewy with lots of grissel. It was served in a throw out plastic to go type of container at the table vs on dishes/actual bento box. Sushi didn't come with wasabi or ginger just soya sauce. Most tables are tall with small steelchairs. The entrance had 2 steps. One was huge. My husband is disabled and had nothing to hang onto. I would suggest some railings to make it disability friendly or better yet redo the stairs to be to code. The staff were...
