Universal wings & burgers — Restaurant in Uxbridge

Was in the area and stopped by to satisfy that persistent craving for wings that I have.. and I was not disappointed.

Wings were on point, and just an absolute treat with their American sauce (hot + buffalo).. so much so that I got an extra dip on the side it was so good Fries were also hard to beat.. nice and fluffy in the inside, crispy on the outside

It’s one of those places that as you eat, you realize there’s not much that can be done to make them better cuz they’re already sooo good.

These guys would be in my top 3 in the GTA , if only they were on the GTA.

Honestly , I hope they expand and , selfishly, open a location in the Greater Toronto Area so that I can enjoy them more.

I was here last week for the first time. I was excited to try this place out but was sadly disappointed. I ordered Mexican fries for takeout. As the person was making my order he kept rubbing his nose with his bare hands and touching my food. I kindly asked them for a refund because of what I had just seen and was refused. I walked out of the store without the food, which I wouldn’t have eaten anyways due to the improper way it was handled, and ABOUT $10 poorer because I was refused a refund....

Not sure if this place is under new management, but the food quality has gone down. Ordered takeout and the person who answered the phone hung up on us. We called back and she didn't even apologize, which we should have taken as a sign not to order. We ordered wings and fries. Both were terrible. The wings were hard and overcooked, likely old. The fries were also way overcooked. We ordered 2lbs wings and large fries but it was definitely much less. We will never order here again. Bad service...
