Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Uxbridge

We've ordered pizza from this location three times in the past several months and this was our third time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen. But, mistakes and bad customer service seem to be the rule rather than the exception. This time: ingredients were placed under the cheese and then the whole pizza was undercooked so they were raw, it looked like they physically threw the pizza into the box as it was crumpled and folded, and they didn't include the boneless chicken bites we ordered and paid for. When we called to bring the missing item to their attention, after a 10 minute conversation they finally agreed to give us a credit for next time as their best offer. 5 minutes later they called back to say they can't do credits, but if we order the exact same item AND the price hasn't changed, then they can include it in our next order for free. No sorry, no gesture of good...

WORST pizza place in Uxbridge. Terrible. Have ordered 4 times. Each time has been delayed 2 hours beyond delivery time. Quality inconsistent - toi much cheese, undercooked, overcooked etc. Frequently cold. I expect this in the first week or 2 but not at this point. Sat on hold for an hour waiting for customer service agent for this location and my call was never taken. We're done with this place. Ordered ahead last order (placed order online at 1 for 5:30 pick up) and still had to wait an hour after online tracker said meal was done. Everything was cold once they finally brought it out to us. Kids were hungry so we took it to heat up at home. Decided to do pick up in case issue was drivers - it isnt. The store was a zoo with...

Terrible service and don't care about there customers. Took over an hour to get the food and when I called to find out about it they said "oh well" brutal service for a brand new pizza store. Never again I will order from one of the other 15 stores in town........

UPDATE NOV 9TH TRIED TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE WHAT A MISTAKE 1 HOUR AND 26 MINUTES FOR THE PIZZA AND 34 CALLS TO THE STORE TO FIND OUT WHERE PIZZA WAS. ACTUALLY DROVE TO STORE TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. NEVER AGAIN SERIOUSLY FIGURE IT OUT ITS PIZZA NOT VERY HARD TO DO. HOPEFULLY THEY GET NEW OWNERS OR GET SHUT...
