Pizzaville — Restaurant in Uxbridge

This is probably the worst Pizzaville franchise I have ever been to. When I walk in they never acknowledge my presence as I stupidly stand by the cash register. When they do decide to come over, it's like I'm a bother, not a paying customer. They seemingly leave out dips on purpose, even when I've paid for them, and fight me on the free pops included in the deal. Every time. This wasn't an off day. It's always like this with these owners. I wont give them one more dollar. First time ordering from them, the pizza was delicious, and it was ready on time. Price was fair and the people were very friendly. I am being a little generous with a 4, and here is why. I understand that Friday evening is a very busy time, but I ordered online, and it took me 10 minutes to pick up my pizza (looking at it sitting on top of the oven the whole time). Ordered two pizzas from this location and when we picked up the pizzas they were not well done as requested, the pepperoni was still underdone. It was requested that the pizzas be cooked a little bit more and then they were then over cooked. They had hard crust, partially burnt and partially underdone pepperoni and it lacked sauce and cheese around the edges of the pizza so it was very dry.
