I wish i could give zero star rating , have anyone received any call from owner ever while you wait at restaurant for your order you paid for? He called to his employee and asked to talk to me , then he stated stating that am too demanding for veggies in my sandwich, i paid for my food and this is how you get treated by owner itself, so they have to tell people that if someone wants to go for veggie sandwich then they cant ask for extra veggies even if it is made of veggies, So all in all i would say people dont know how to keep loyalty of their customers, like i was there and owner spoke over the phone and said such words, who has right to say their customer, i will try to expedite this concern to upper franchise superior for sure, So this never happened at any other subway, why this one refuses to add more veggies, This is totally wrong to treat customer like that, such a terrible service...
Read moreI don’t usually give 5 stars, but the employee of this store working around 2pm today went over and above providing service when I came into the store after being frustrated by the app not allowing me to use the online ordering code for the discount which amounted to $9 in savings. The employee confirmed the subs I was ordering were eligible and not only did he try to add to my cart on my phone, he even used his phone to see if he could do it(he couldn’t) he spent at least 5 mins helping me trouble shoot, and in the end he made a suggestion to order 2 of the same subs to get the discount which did work, and then he made the two subs I actually wanted, not all locations would provide this service and just another reason why Uxbridge is such...
