Worst subway I ever visited. Had a very bad customer service experience. First of all they do not have any respect to customer’s time and their need. This subway shows closes at 7 pm but when you get there at 6:30 pm they will say they are closed. If they are closing at 6:30pm why don’t they update the closing time on the internet. When I was there at 6:30 pm I saw a bunch of people coming out and going from this subway with a full of dissatisfaction. Hats off for the good service of #Subway. Anyway, I ordered thru Subway mobile app and the app accepted the order and charged my credit card at 6:25 pm. I reached at the subway store at 6:30 pm and the store in charge said they are closed. I said I have an online order and its already paid. I showed the order details and order number with payment confirmation and they said no we are closed. Is this How subway treats their customers? Then I asked the store in charge to cancel the oder and refund the money which Subway charged from the credit card. As expected, the customer has to contact the Customer care. The customer walks in to the restaurant with hunger and leave with hunger and head aches. Good job Subway. Subway is not interested to sell subs anymore instead headaches. Then I asked may I have the manager’s contact number? Nope. The manager is in USA and shop is in Valemound, BC, Canada. Absolutely, no way to have contact information. The only issue I had with my whole order was their app specifically said to call once the order is placed when you arrive for curbside pick up. I called and the phone just rang and rang. Waited. Called again and it rang and rang. I could see 2 employees in the store. 1 customer sitting eating. I gave up calling went inside and asked about my order which she was already half way thru ordering. I told her I called and that I wasn't sure I had the right phone number. She said they purposely ignored the call because they were busy making my order. 🤔 Ok. They finished my order and the sandwiches were great. Done well. Upon paying and getting my recipt I noticed I was charged for a number 6 teriyaki chicken cruncher, I did not order that and went back into the store to ask why I was charged for this sub I didn’t get, he then proceeded to tell me that because it had crunchy onions on it it was that teriyaki chicken cruncher, the thing is it didn’t have any crunch onions on it! He argued me for 5 minutes before my husband came in with said sub, showed him no crunchy onions and he went into the cash till grabbed 3$ basically threw it at my husband and then proceed to finish a sub he was making with the same gloves on his hand.
