Vacation Inn Dine & Lounge — Restaurant in Valemount

Been here a couple times, once for dinner, once for lunch. Butter chicken is amazing! Great burgers and fries. Their homemade cheesecake is like nothing I’ve ever had, SO delicious! Can't wait to try other menu items! Big portions, good bang for your buck here, including cocktails. Very friendly service. I love how bright it is inside from the many windows they have in the building, makes for nice atmosphere. Plus, a view of the mountains while you dine! Very clean, pleasant decor, very spacious. Tables are a good distance apart, something I appreciate when dining out. Lots of seating too! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely keep coming back...

Hubby (who's a Red Seal Chef) and I stopped in here randomly on our trek through the Rockies. We both agreed the burger was the best we had ever had! From the very casual atmosphere our expectations weren't super high, and they were far exceeded! I have seen a few reviews with complaints about the servers, but we found them to be very pleasant and helpful! I suspect English was a second language for both of them, so a little understanding is required from the customers. The view of the mountains from our table was gorgeous! We will definitely be stopping here again...

We ordered the wing platter for takeout and they were amazing. The wings were a great size and they tasted delicious. Can't wait to try out more flavours and with 40 to choose from there's no lack of options. The only downside in my opinion is the confusion as to the order size/flavour options when ordering single/double/triple/quad. It would be easier if the flavour choices matched the number for the order. It's too hard to narrow down to three flavours for a quad order but glad they had the platter option with 4 flavour choices even if it means...
