JJ Bean Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Vancouver

I have been to this location several times as I work a lot in the Van area. This particular location really brings the name JJ Bean down. Not sure what went wrong because every other location I have visited has been a great experience!

I ordered a medium roast coffee and was served a French press.... totally different! Then the wrap I order is given to the wrong customer and it was the same person taking my order that made the mistake. They were not even the same type of wrap. Every time I go here I am met by a cashier that looks like their face may crack if they even tried smiling. (Several occasions several different employees)

Can someone say wake up and do your job. Maybe if they were not doing office duties at the same time (I saw them walk into the office and start signing papers) they could be present enough to get a very simple order correct.

All other locations are amazing but this kid will not return to this particular...

I would rate 4 stars except for the fact that last time I visited I genuinely forgot my mask and the person in charge told me she couldn't serve me due to mandatory. Which I completely understood I walked back to my car two blocks away and grabbed a mask. (It dawn to me that most places have spare masks for forgetful customers like myself)

When I came back I ask if they provided masks for those customers, she replied by saying very proudly that "it was not a policy of the company" so I asked for the card of the manager, she told she was the manager and I express that I was disappointed for that "policy"
