🇺🇸English Review (Sorry if I made a mistake in the translation) Since I am Japanese, I will post my comments and general comments on your visit. However, since this is my evaluation based on my own sense of taste, please take a look at it for your reference. (Nikkyu Japanese) is known for its high-quality dance party groups and friendly owners. I like the lively and cheerful atmosphere. It's very different from the original traditional Japanese sushi restaurants. This "Nikkyu Japanese" is budget-friendly, but they don't compromise on quality control. The customers don't spend a lot of money on music, dance, and sociability, and they are full of energy. However, if you visit Japan, you may be confused by the gap because the atmosphere is different from the quiet atmosphere of the restaurant, so it is good to remember it just for reference. "Nikkyu Japanese" is an expensive entertainment place where you can have a party all night. However, Nigiri and Sashimi are arranged menus. Especially in the case of Nigiri, in the case of Japanese craftsmen, they say rice is called Shari. As for Shari, they make it in 80 percent of the way to leave some air in the Shari. Sashimi on top of Nigiri Sushi is called Neta. Neta is put on the Shari from the moment it is made, and the touch of front, back, right and left is minimized.
(The reasons why Japanese sushi professionals make sushi this way are as follows : Sushi is a combination of rice and sashimi that brings out the best of the rich flavor from the moment you put it in your mouth. If you make too much sushi, the flavor will be completely different depending on the temperature of the chef's palm. This is the correct way to make sushi for Japanese sushi chefs. They also serve it in the best way to enhance the enjoyment of viewing, smelling, and eating.). So when you visit Japan, please go to a restaurant that has a good reputation. However, what you have to be careful about is that it is totally different depending on whether it is an all-you-can-eat restaurant with a high reputation, a restaurant where each dish is cheap, or a restaurant where only sushi chefs are working. My recommendation, which I introduced at the end, is that a sushi chef only restaurant is recommended for the most extravagant and gourmet, so please pay attention to that. I don't recommend a cheap restaurant. The way of handling sushi and sashimi here is a little insufficient. By mastering traditional techniques such as rubbing with salt, lightly grilling, and grilling the scales, the cost performance will improve, so please do your best every day, craftsmen. I also thought that the friendly owners further enhance the cozy atmosphere of Nicki Japanese and make the guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. The warm and welcoming attitude of the owners, who let everyone have a good time and simply laugh with the regulars, enriches the overall experience. Thank you for the food, more than the Japanese...

Read moreFoods way below average 👎👎 👎. Our family has gluten allergies. We only dine out for sushi . We have explored many lovely Japanese restaurants where we take turns. We wanted to try out Nikkyu along main street as we happen to be shopping at shoppers drug Mart opposite Nikkyu.
Food is way below average. Service sucks. They served us green tea on paper cups.
Come on ...
That itself was a turn off. Every other table had proper mugs. ONLY FOR US they ran out of mugs 5 mugs "WOW". That was not a valued excuse.
We were after a walk along the sea wall. Averagely dressed. I feel they went onto a quick judgement that we were new to the whole sushi 🍣 experience.
The chef walks around talking to people . He came to our table . Instead of asking how is the food .. he himself raised both his thumbs up and said 👎👎 "best right , best" attitude!
