Cindy over-thinned my hair because she kept complaining that it was too thick and would take too long to do.. I didn’t want thin hair. I told her many times I love my thick hair as I know it’s something a lot of people wish they had. I finally agreed (after much nagging from her) that she could thin a TINY BIT and she continued to thin more than HALF my hair off. My hair went from thick and gorgeous to paper thin and flat.. All of my family and friends noticed this immediately even before the colour. She did this to make her job easier which was unbelievably selfish. I’ve never had hair this thin before and I hate it. Colour wasn’t awful but definitely overpriced, especially considering how much she unwarrantedly took off. She was also giving rude comments and even said she didn’t want to do my hair at the end but she “felt bad” because I was already there.. Who says that to someone’s face? Especially to a customer paying you so much of their own hard earned money. Bad customer service and complete waste of $600. Never...

Mirage is such a wonderful place to pamper yourself. We’ve known Jenny and Yani for almost a decade, and they are both super amazing!

They’ve opened a new location on Main Street and are renting out chairs, so if you’re a hair specialist looking for a cozy and clean salon where the owners are top-notch, you might want to consider giving them a call to rent their chairs!

Jenny has been very patient for all the years I’ve gone to see her. She has a thorough understanding of my hair style and what I like and dislike. She’s patient, kind and friendly. And I’ve always found her pricing to be affordable for my needs.

Yani has done a wonderful job on my other half’s hair. He is funny, friendly and produces high quality work.

Totally waisted my money. I pay $300 it’s not worth.Hair straightening after 2 days i wash my hair and results is very bad my all hair is wavy. And i was goes to the again jenny saloon she’s said that time i fix your hair after 3 month it’s free of cost..i said okay and now I’m again goes to the hair straightening and jenny says you pay the money for the roots because your roots is growing you pay must $150 then i said I don’t pay anything because before you don’t say like that she’s knows everybody hair is growing why she’s said before it’s free because my hair is not straight. I said leave my roots you can straight my hair then she’s 2 inches leave the my roots side and again straight.I wash my hair agin yesterday my hair results is very bad it’s wavy.
