Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

So I just tried the new Shaq Pizza; and I've been to every other location for Papa John's. But I saw the sign at this location as I walked by, figured I'd give one last try cuz I've tried every other location and they're all horrendous.

But unfortunately there was no different about this location, the pizza was absolutely disgusting. The crust was gummy, it was chewy, there was a lack of flavor to all of it. Now I know why they give you that spicy pepper, because they want you to eat that so you burn your mouth so you can't taste that there is no flavor from the pizza! It's a good thing it was only $20 and a part of it went to donation for children, otherwise I'd be asking for my money back. The only flavor I could taste what's the Tomato sauce, which was sweet! It's like someone poured a bunch of sugar packets on it.

Don't waste your money, if you want real Pizza just go to a proper Italian restaurant, just avoid this entire franchise completely cuz no matter where you go it's not worth the money even when it's on the...

Ordered a mushroom olive pizza but there was almost no mushrooms on it. The service was very friendly but the pizza could have been a lot better.

Already a bummer that papa John’s doesn’t have plant based protein options like Pizza Hut or Pizza Pizza, but they should at least load up the vegetable toppings.

Edit: I'm aware of the quality guarantee, but I did a carry-out order and your policy requires me to bring the 2 pizzas back to the same store. Going to put it simple. Ordered pick up by phone. Asked for large and x large options. Customer service was not smart enough to notify the customer that an x large would costs $25 dollars and a large was $9.99. Would have been great of the staff had an idea what the coupons actually are. And on top when I actually asked them about it to my surprise, the answer I got was, “sorry I did not deal with your order and I would have told you”. And lastly to top it off nothing was done.
