If I could, I would give this place a negative star. My experience ordering from this restaurant through Uber Eats was nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to warn everyone about it. I ordered the chicken chowmein, expecting a decent portion of noodles with chunks of chicken and some vegetables, like a normal dish should have. However, what arrived was a complete disappointment and an absolute scam.

First of all, the price I paid was outrageous. I paid CAD 33, which included taxes and the service fee. For that kind of money, I expected a proper meal with generous portions of chicken and vegetables. What I received, however, was barely edible and completely lacked the main ingredients. There was no chicken at all in my order—none whatsoever. To make matters worse, there were no vegetables either. It was just plain, tasteless noodles with absolutely nothing else. I couldn’t believe that a restaurant would dare to charge that much for something so basic and incomplete.

The level of carelessness and dishonesty here is shocking. It feels like a complete scam. I was genuinely hungry and excited to enjoy my meal, but instead, I ended up feeling cheated and frustrated. I double-checked my order on Uber Eats to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, and everything was correct on my end. The restaurant simply failed to include the chicken and vegetables, which are the main components of a chicken chowmein. This is not a minor oversight; this is blatant negligence and poor quality control.

Absolutely, hands-down, the worst Chinese I've ever eaten. Just disgusting.

Apparently Foodora was having delivery issues so our options were limited. We, like a lot of the reviewers, made the mistake of not checking this place out first.

I ordered the sweet & sour pork, my girlfriend ordered the tofu in peanut sauce, and we got a side of rice and an onion pancake.

Unlike many others, our food came surprisingly fast - like 15 minutes - but it appeared to me that the rice and the onion pancake had been prepared long before that as both were dry and chewy.

I've had a lot of different incarnations of sweet & sour pork in my life, but never this bad. Like the pancake, the pork was dry and chewy. I spent 10 years in kitchens so I know food, and this had the texture of leftovers. My suspicion is that this is why it was delivered so quickly, and would also explain the texture of the pancake.The sauce was like jelly, and as far as vegetables, there was plenty of onion and only a few pieces of bitter yellow pepper.

The icing on the cake? The tofu in my girlfriend's dish was rancid... They served us spoiled food. The peanut sauce was gray slop and it was extremely salty - probably so to hide the RANCID TOFU. I took one taste and spat it out for fear of vomiting.

I'd call to complain but like hell that'll do anything for us, considering what I've now read in the reviews. Instead, we've demanded a refund through Foodora. This place is not getting away with our money.

i would give a 4 stars. For folk who think “This is not authentic chinese food and it taste bad” needs to realize the difference between authentic and taste good. Indeed it’s not authentic chinese food but for me it taste good, portion is good with reasonable price . It’s more of a Panda Express style that mixed other elements to suit the taste of North America people. Would say this is not something you should eat if it you invite your friend or someone important to taste authentic chinese food. Go to those restaurants in Richmond and you’ll have a better taste of authentic chinese food no troll period. Yeah people here have the impression of that “ Authentic and taste good Chinese, Japanese or Korean food have to be eaten in Chinatown, Japanese/Korean owned restaurant” but it might not be the case. Matter of taste good vs authentic. I wouldn’t say Domino or Pizza Hut isn’t authentic pizza since the true pizza is the napo style pizza in Napo, Italy, but you can’t denied that these two brand actually taste good. Uber should probally place this restaurant under comfort food i think. Taste good and portion good not so much of authentic though.
