Benny & Co. — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

I hadn't been at this location in Vaudreuil in a while. I usually go to the one in Ile Perrot. I decided to stop and I ordered a leg to take out. When I got home I opened up the sauce and it was very thick like jello and lukewarm. Very bad for bacteria to start forming. It was extremely salty as well. I had to water it down and microwave it. The coleslaw was okay but not like it used to be a few years ago. It was kind of tasteless. The fries were warm and soggy. The chicken was hot and good. I do not find that they are consistent with their food. I used to go there at least once every 2 weeks but like I said, I haven't been in there for a while. I don't think I'll return. So needless to say, you're taking a chance when you go to this particular location. I am very disappointed. I have been a customer of theirs ever since day one I swear. I am a senior.

The cashier was very friendly. My complaints have nothing to do with her.

Wow Benny now impose the new stupid decision of forcing you to get up , wait in line , to have the cooks in the back refill your sauce. I love the sauce but this irritation of cutting costs by eliminating the self serve sauce was surpassed only by not providing a knife with my meal so when you sit down you only find out then after unrolling your knapkin that you have to get up to ask for a knife according to policy. I cant believe this is a senior management decision. Irritating clients for saving maybe 4.5643 cents while giving unpleasant extra work to staff is probably the worst restaurant decisions ever. I will be back in one month and if it is the same I will spend $30 in places where the client experience counts as it should.If the presumed sauce thieves or exaggerators are a problem put the self serve next...

Usually love Bennys, fast delivery, good food. Not this time. I ordered 10 nuggets for my daughter and filets for me. It took an hour to show up (never takesaire tahn 30-35minutes. I open my daughters mean and all 10 nuggets are burnt to à crisp. Neither of our meals have a bun. I called and asked to speak to someone in charge. I explained all the issues. The obviously young man chuckled and said I'll send you another meal in an hour or so. I told him unacceptable. He said fine ill give you à credit. I said no I need a meal for my child.
