Horrible experience ! I placed a mobile order at this location for six drinks, including two Iced Capps. When I arrived, the store was quiet with only 1 other customer, but the staffs were chatting with their friends sitting at a table and completely ignored me. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no communication while they prepared the order. They simply put everything on the counter without calling names or providing any updates. I noticed the Iced Capps were missing the foam, and when I asked, one of the staff members casually said, “The foam is finished,” with no apology or explanation or even any suggested alternatives. Also, when we asked again if they don’t have the whipped cream, the guy used his eyebrows to answer no, which was extremly rude. It felt like we were bothering him by asking for what it should come with a drink. A whipped cream! And let me tell you, this was on Sunday afternoon which you expect they should have everything in place for incoming customers.
When I asked what could be added instead of the foam he hesitantly said “I can add cream,”!! This was frustrating because clearly, cream was available (since Oreo Iced Capps come with it), but they obviously didn’t want to add it.
If an item is unavailable, it should either be updated in the app or clearly communicated before the order is prepared. It’s not acceptable to just leave it out without informing the customer. People spend their time and money with the expectation of receiving what they ordered. So we paid for something we didn’t get.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons. The customer service was poor, the staff lacked basic communication skills, and the way they handled the situation was very disappointing.
Not recommended at all, don’t waste your money and time at...
Read moreTo « Jeremy » the young guy who claims he is the supervisor. He was rude, unprofessional and clearly doesn’t have the qualifications to be a supervisors. This is the second time I have poor service from that same person.
We ordered 2 habenero wraps at the drive through and paid for an extra different sauce to be added for both. Upon receiving it, we took a bite and looked inside and there was no sauce. They did not give a receipt either.
Therefore, my husband went inside and asked for our receipt and if they could kindly fix our order and have the sauce added. It’s at that moment the cashier went to get the “manager/supervisor”.
So a young man arrives and my husband tells him that he want to speak to the manager and he proceed to say that he is the manager. Then, my husband ask again if he is the manger and he said “well the manger is not there, I am the supervisor, the manager is never here and only shows up one in a while”.
We ask to have sauce in the sandwich. He says we not pay for it, however, my husband explained that we did pay for the extra and they didn’t provide the receipt.
He looks at the sandwiches and said you took too many bites and would not give us a refund. However, as previously explained, we only took a bite and opened the sandwich to look for the sauce.
He told my husband to move out of the way and said “I don’t have time for this”. Then, Jeremy abruptly made another customer pay over my husband’s shoulder.
Some time later, he left and came back. Puts the paper bag in the face of my husband and remains silent and not looking at him. My husband asked what did you do ? He said he put the sauce.
When we opened the bags, the sandwiches were all tossed, smashed and not wrapped properly. It was carelessly...
Read moreThis Tim Hortons location has a more modern storefront. Store is generally clean, the food has always been fine, however yesterday’s experience was not the greatest. I used the drive-thru, it went well and fast, so that was good. I ordered an iced coffee and requested to have a lighter amount of ice, as we have discovered the ice and coffee ratio leaves a very watered-down taste to the coffee. We received our coffee, and the level was no more than 75% of the cup. At first, I just thought it was a mistake but soon discovered that was not the case. I asked one of the associates to fill the rest of the cup, but instead I got a manager named Cheri (not sure of the actual spelling), that explained to me as I requested less ice, I would get less coffee. The manager was polite and didn't give me a hard time, but dictating Tim Hortons policy over maybe another 20ml off coffee was ludicrous, more so when you pay almost $4 for it! Other customers inline had the exact same reaction when I showed them my cup. I would like Tim Hortons to address this, because as a significant shareholder of the company, I do not except ripping off our customers like this. There are huge margins on coffee, and this should have never happened. Other fast food restos refill your cup for free, without blinking an eye. Please look at the terrible underperformance of your stock on the equity markets. Those are signs of poorly executed decisions. I hope to see change and I will make sure my cup is appropriately filled to the correct level next and time and all...
