Worst pizza hut ever! They have the worst staff and service. And their pizza is average. I ordered a brownie and it smelled and tasted like cleaning products. I went to the store to have it exchanged. I was nice with the workers. There was a Indian girl working there not trying to be racist or anything and a white guy. I told the girl how I ordered this brownie and it tasted like cleaning products. The guy then came and said that it looks fine thatâs how itâs supposed to taste and thatâs how itâs supposed to look and I told him that thatâs not how itâs supposed to look and taste because it was looking weird as well. He then said that Iâm gonna taste it if youâre saying that itâs poisonous which I never said that itâs poisonous. I then told the lady that I came all the way here just to like get a new dessert if possible I I wouldnât come all the way here if there was no problem with this product She then told me how she canât do anything to me and she trust her her coworker more than me because heâs working there since three years and me saying something doesnât mean anything to her and then she goes onto touching the brownie and says that look this looks fine and I could not believe what I was dealing with at this time They do not care about their clients. They had no supervisor, no manager. I have been trying to contact someone to reach out and speak about this. They keep hanging up my calls. Thereâs no way for me to make a complaint. All I wanted to do was to change this brownie and get a new one because this one gave me a severe allergic reaction to my throat, which I still have right now. I ask the girl to give me her name which she ignored me and left the cash and went to make her pizza i asked her again and she told me u cant do this? You are not being fair? Do not come back here again! I then threw the brownie in their garbage and left. Never ever visiting...
   Read moreOrdered at 06:20pm online, i received a confirmation that delivered will be between 06:45 to 06:55 called the service at 07:15 pm the lady says delivery should be there within 10 minutes if not to call back. 20 MN later i called back and they transferred me to vaudreuil location,it rang and hang up on me the first time. I called again finally someone answers and says the driver is leaving now which is 7:55 pm . As i was on the phone with him , be totally ignores and speaks to his coworkers. I was not happy so i said "hello" then he says ya. I said to him listen my kids are hungry, so i said to him listen it has been 1hour and 40 minutes, am i to receive my pizza? Again he ignores and.says hello to someone else, which really did not sit well with me as i am on the phone with him but yet he is greeting someone else and talking to them? He responds to me and says my manager just came back from maternity is it wrong to have human emotions!!! I told him no it's not but you shouldn't be doing that while i am speaking to you on the phone which is the 2nd time you ignore me and speak to somone else, that is pure disrespectful. He kept on arguing with me that it's not his fault ,that he has human emotions. I told him it's totally fine to have human emotions but it's how you are handling this by ignoring me that is wrong. told him you are extremely rude and told him to cancel my order.    Read moreI ordered thru the app and for some reasons our address wouldnât go through and it goes to a different address. So I called to change the information, the guy I talked to says he did the changes and told the delivery driver the exact one. Moments later the app info says the food has arrived, but I donât see anybody at the door. I called to ask where my order is, the same person received my call told me he will talk to the delivery man where he delivered it. But 10 mins pass no call back, nothing! I called again nobody answers. After 5x of calling customer service, someone answered, yet they cannot answer my concern. Someone talked to the manager, we can give you a replacement but you need to get it. The funny thing is they said they do not have records of me changing the address. You should know that your hotline says âthis call is being recorded for quality assurance purposesâ.
Hereâs the thing, there is a reason why we order for a delivery. Clearly we cannot get it at your store! Your customer service is poor and clearly no accountability on your mistakes. Plus this was paid online. I will be sure to have it as a lesson to pay upon delivery given these kind of...
