Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! My family and I ordered a large pizza, with fries and we added the cheese bread & 2L beverage combo. We asked for ginger ale as our beverage. They advised us that the pizza would take 30-60 minutes to arrive. It took over an hour and the delivery man arrived with a coke bottle. He said we would need to call the store if we wanted the correct beverage and/or obtain a refund. The woman on the phone said that they ran out off ginger ale and they assumed we wanted coke. As I informed her she shouldn’t have assumed because no one in our family drinks coke. Then we sit down to eat our food and everything is freezing cold. Not only was the pizza, cheese bread and fries freezing cold but the fries were old and soggy. We called the woman back and informed her that we did not pay to eat a cold supper. All she answered was “I am sorry you’re upset”. She did not try to rectify the situation by offering a) a refund or b) send a new warm pizza, fries and cheese stick. She then has the audacity to tell us that they would send us new food but we would need to REPAY. We were hung up on over 10 times and we were stuck eating cold food. This quality of customer service is completely unacceptable. DISGUSTING FOOD AND HORRENDOUS...

I want to order delivery to st-lazare with the app so I get my pizza points. Upon calling the pizzeria, I'm greeted on the phone with I'm assuming is a young girl. I ask if I can place an order for delivery for St-Lazare and she says its a 5$ delivery fee. No problem. I then tell her that I will pass the order on the app as a carry-out and call them to change it to delivery so I get my pizza points. At this point, she says that she doesn't know if she can do that. I have done this before with them so I ask if I can speak to a boss. I was speaking in french and asked for the ''gérant'' at which point she said she didn't know what a ''gérant'' is. Not knowing what a ''gérant'' is is ok, but the service that I was given...

I usually don't leave any reviews but this really got under my skin. I've ordered from this location plenty of times, I recently moved 5 mins further from my previous address, to which they have already delivered. My order today was over 2 hours late, after having called twice to complain about what any sane person would know is a ridiculous waiting time for pizza I was told that next time they would refuse my order. Is that how they treat exisiting clients? If they no longer delivered to my area they could've said so, not accepted my order and think that delivering it well over 2 hours later was completely acceptable. I will never order from this...
