Pizzeria Quatre Saisons — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!

Ordered 2 plate including 2 pork Gyros. Ask for no potatoes, just rice and salad. The young girl that took my order was very nice and wrote everything down. I ask for these plate to be deliver for 7hpm. They arrived at 7hpm :). I open the box and in the first one, just salad and gyros (no rice) and in the second one just fries , rice and gyros ( no salad and fries was ask not to send. Both plates had errors. I called back very nicely and the older lady that works there forever answer the phone and tell me that they have to see the plates for them to give back the right ones if not they CANT do nothing for me. I told her that waiting for another 1hour is too long, we are hungry and she said well then I cant do nothing for you. I ask can I get a credit and she said NO.. you need to call back to speak to a manager. Very disappointed on their customer service, theirs always a solution but never a NO. I called back today and spoke again the same older lady Helene I think her name is and ask her to speak to the manger, she said he said NO and he cant do nothing for me ....

I order from them since 8 years, always refer a lot of people , for now on I will let everyone know the bad service I've got with them and I know a lot of people in Vaudreuil. 1 client mad= 20 clients mad, I don't think they realizes how BAD their customer service is. The client should not have to go back with the bad order to receive the good one, it should be the restaurant to take care of their clients. TOO bad for them...

I'm visiting from the US for work. Was going to get pizza from the place within walking distance to my hotel (which is also good) but I saw the reviews and decided to go for a neighborhood place. Simply put, the pizza was excellent. I'm not an expert on Montreal style pizza, but this pie was special.

Unfortunately I know very little French, so it was a but of a challenge to communicate, but we figured it out and I had a great experience. What's really cool is that this seems to be an old house where the family lives upstairs and runs the restaurant on the main level.

The pizza is very thick, so I can see that delivery might result in a soggy mess so I have to recommend eating at...

It was alright pizza. It came pretty much cold and I live 5 minutes away. Lacking flavor in sauce kind of just basic pizza nothing special. I had high expectations because of other reviews but was kind of disappointed. EDIT! gave this place another shot, truly awful pizza. Dough not fully cooked, I live 5 mins away pizza was room temperature, hardly any cheese on it and dough is way to thick.
