PIZZA GINO — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

This is a real review from two real customers in Nov/2022. We just ordered a Deluxe Pizza from Pizza Gino in Vaudreuil. Pizza Gino does not come to our place in Saddlebrook so we had to pick it up. We have not ordered pizza in our area in a very long time - many years in fact - because frankly none of the local pizza is any good. Our go to pizza is Gigi Pizzeria in the Pointe Claire Village. Quite a trip from our area but they make a great Deluxe pizza. Pizza Gino's Deluxe Pizza is their version of Gigi"s Deluxe Pizza - all dressed with onions and bacon. Gino's was a very nice surprise - It was very very good. It is clearly the best pizza we have ever had in the Vaudreuil/Dorion/St Lazare/Hudson area. Nice quality...

The female behind the phones could not give me proper price and when I corrected her she repeated over and over "I don't know what to tell you". Due to that, a mix up was made and she called my cell phone to try and force me to take an order I did not want. At that point a gentlemen took over the phone and i was able to get me my order ( 2 medium cheese pizzas ) . Food is great, sadly the female taking orders is not. Pizza is overall good, but not great. Its a little over priced (~$40 for 2 large pizzas) compared to other pizza chains, however toppings are piled on and the pizza is very filling (2 adults survived on it for 2 days while moving). The pizza dough is thick at the crust, but soggy under the toppings and is sweet, but relatively bland. Customer service is very good and friendly in multiple languages.
