The food isn't good, I've had Portuguese chicken before, what I had wasn't it. They should get a advice from Ma Poule Mouillé. My husband ordered the sub, not that good either. Manzo by far has the best subs. I didn't bother trying the pizza, but the spaghetti was ok. Could have gotten better good for the same price elsewhere.

My husband came to this place before our kids and I yesterday. He said he asked a question to the short lady with the squeaky voice. She didn't know their own menu, she could have easily asked the other employees instead of saying "I don't know". She started to speak to my husband in an irritated manner. So the woman who was also working there tried to help my husband, but unfortunately didn't understand the question. While he was talking to her, the squeaky girl just kept getting more and more frustrated in her corner. Not very a intelligent behavior if I may say. Luckily the waiter heard my husband enquiry and came to help. He was very knowledgeable with the restaurant's menu. He was kind and very observant.

If it wasn't for the sub par food and squeaky person behind the counter, we would return for the waiter's amazing customer service. This young waiter's manners belongs in a fancy restaurant that will pay him more and better tips. Young man, if you reading this, you are a diamond in the rough. My wife and I have been here on several occasions (ok we are frequent customers). We used to have dinner here twice a week, but it just wasn't healthy for us to eat out that often. We still get food here regularly, but not at the same frequency as before. The owner is always there on the grill and making sure the customers have the best possible experience. Our favourite is the BBQ cheeseburger poutine. We have also tried the Poutizza. On the odd occasion we dine in, the wait staff is always friendly. We usually get delivery and with the exception of Friday and Saturday night we always recieve our meal within 30 minutes. Food is good but a disappointing experience. I have been ordering there for a long time and love their poutines but the owner has ruined my experience for the last time. He never smiles, was upset because costumers didn't have cash although he excepts debit and swears in the kitchen for everyone to feel and hear his frustrations. COMPLETELY ruins the experience. Poor waitress that was nice and smiley. I'm sorry to say that I will not be going back as well as some of my friends and family. 😕
