TLDR: Go! You wonât be disappointed! We booked a group of 38 for a team dinner over a BUSY tournament weekend, on a Saturday night, when no other restaurant (I called dozens) would take a Saturday night reservation - let alone a group. After booking, I read reviews online and saw that though reviews are mostly very positive, another large group reviewed a few months earlier and were disappointed⌠I lowered my expectations⌠at least the team would have a fun night out together. Well⌠I couldnât rave enough about the service, food quality, pricing, atmosphere (great music for a team of 16 year olds and their parents)⌠I am not exaggerating when I say it was fantastic. Everyone was welcomed and served water immediately upon being seated. Drinks quickly followed. When they took orders, I thought Iâd been skipped, so called the server over to give her my order. She happily took it, then transferred it to my server afterwards (turns out my side of the table had a different server that hadnât gotten to me yet⌠they never corrected me, or tried to explain⌠they just offered awesome, seamless service). The food was phenomenal⌠I had the Bar6ix Wrap and it was next level. I will be going back just for that. Overall - a HUGE THANK YOU to an awesome restaurant that WELCOMED our business! I will also mention we had an anaphylactic peanut allergy in the party, and it was taken seriously & accommodated. We REALLY enjoyed our night out. ((We also left behind a purse & they did the legwork to connect with me so it could be picked up before we had left town for the weekend)). I want to preface this tale by saying that I am a Food Lover and prefer to go out to new and existing different places for dine in. So whenever I go out to eat, Iâm very understanding of how things can be. Bad service on the other hand, is exactly as I describe below. So this weekend, me and my friends went out at Bar 6ix Restaurant. I had been there before 4-5 times and never had a bad experience. We were promptly sat at our table by the host, and waited for our server, and finally our server REETI comes over who deserves this Review. The server was so rude and arrogant that she wasnât even able to serve us the complete order that we ordered and knows nothing about the drinks on the menu. First we order some drinks and she bought wrong order for us and when we told her that we hadnât ordered this she just stares at us and says âokay.â Then we waited, And waited, And waited for our drinks. And when I questioned her again that why she is ignoring us and making us wait by bringing wrong and incomplete order and Reeti arrogantly answered that I canât Priortize your order. And let me make it clear that the bar and restaurant wasnât that busy at that time.

   Read moreBad experience. Food came incomplete, and when asked about it the server acted like she didnât even know what was a part of their menu. Responding with answers like âI think soâ and âoh did it not have thatâ (you brought it to us, shouldnât you have noticed something was missing?). They brought adults food long before bringing out kids meals, so it sat and got cold while we waited. Fries werenât good, and were hard, as was the chicken wings. Not crispy, genuinely âhurts to eatâ kind of HARD. At the end of it we asked our server to speak to the manager. She walked around aimlessly as if she didnât know who to call, and eventually came back to say âsorry, we canât do anything about the priceâ despite the fact that she hadnât even brought us our bill. I asked for her to bring the bill, paid it, and asked whether the manager was still coming. She said no because they werenât changing the price anyway and sheâs too busy at the moment. How insulting. I insisted the manager come so I could provide feedback, NOT request a discount. The âmanagerâ who came seemed to have no care in the world, and said had she known we only wanted to provide feedback she would have come and talked to us. Seems as if the staff is selective about the situations they want to rectify. God forbid you have a real concern, like an allergy, you better hope the manager is not too busy...
